APPOINTMENT POLICY 
Your appointments are very important to the Bodies Kneaded team. 
Therapists are by appointment, on-call and reserved especially for you. 
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, it hurts our small business and therapists. 
We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients who want or knead our services miss the opportunity to receive massage & treatments.

     APPOINTMENT POLICY 
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. 
Therefore, our Appointment Policy respectfully requires at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Any appointments missed, cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount and/or Pre-Payment.  The appointment may be taken from a pre-paid package, fioriture of pre-payment or charged individually.

     We Are In And Out of Treatment Rooms Tending To Appointments – Texting is quicker, easier & more effective to text Massage Descriptions, Pricing, Appointment Availability, Any Promotions We May Have AND How To Make A Pre-Payment or 50% Deposit (whatever you are comfortable with). Electronicly to Confirm Appointments.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  
If you are unable to give us 24 hours’ notice  
you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.  
Groups of 4 or more require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

     Late arrivals will shorten your appointment time and will not be extended into the next client’s scheduled appointment. 
We recognize that set appointment time frames may differ from the actual appointment by 5-10 minutes based on traffic, work schedules, UFO Abductions, or whatever excuse you may have – PLEASE be on time!  
TRAFFIC & PARKING CAN BE A NIGHTMARE ON SOUTH BEACH – PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
A LACK OF PLANNING ON YOUR PART – IS NOT AN EMERGENCY ON OUR PART.

     We Will Not Be Able To Extend Your Service Time if Late!
You Are Still Responsible For Full Service Fee & Time Booked.

     If you have a Bodies Kneaded Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Pre-Paid service and you fail to show or cancel  
24 hours before your appointment(s); you will forfeit your gift card, certificate, or pre-paid service.  
No shows & no cancels will be charged 100% of the package or service.
(No-shows -Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” After 15 minutes from their scheduled appointment time will forfeit their Pre-Payment or Deposit.)

LATE ARRIVALS WILL CUT INTO YOUR SERVICE TIME AND MOST LIKELY NOT BE EXTENDED.  
MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE AND YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION.  
ANY APPOINTMENT MISSED, LATE , CANCELLED OR CHANGED WITHOUT A 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT FORFEITED.
