Therapists & Acupuncturist are by appointment, on-call and reserved especially for you.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, it hurts our small business and therapists. We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients who want or knead our services miss the opportunity to receive massage & treatments.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Any appointment missed, cancelled, or changed without 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount and/or Pre-Payment. The appointment may be taken from a pre-paid package, fioriture of pre-payment or charged individually.

If you have a Bodies Kneaded Gift Card, Gift Certificate or Pre-Paid service and you fail to show or cancel
24 hours before your appointment(s); you will forfeit your gift card, certificate, or pre-paid service.
No shows & no cancels will be charged 100% of the package or service.
(No-shows -Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” After 15 minutes from their scheduled appointment time will forfeit their Pre-Payment or Deposit.)
LATE ARRIVALS WILL CUT INTO YOUR SERVICE TIME AND MOST LIKELY NOT BE EXTENDED.
MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE AND YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION.
