Cancellations, rescheduling & arrival
Please give advance notice
We understand that plans sometimes change. Because each reservation reserves dedicated time with a licensed therapist, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the full prepaid service amount.
Groups of four or more require at least 48 hours’ cancellation notice.
We appreciate your consideration for our therapists and other clients.
Allow time to arrive
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
South Beach traffic and parking can occasionally be challenging, so we recommend allowing additional travel time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered missed appointments and subject to forfeiture of the prepaid service amount. The full reserved service price remains applicable.
