Is aromatherapy required?
No. Tell us about scent preferences, allergies or sensitivities when you book. We can discuss available oil options and a session without added fragrance.
Does the hydro pack treatment include a full session of massage?
The listed duration is the total treatment time, including both massage and hydro packs. For example, the 60-minute option includes 45 minutes of massage followed by 15 minutes with hydro packs. See the service card for each time breakdown.
