Are all treatments and enhancements included?
No. Inclusions depend on the package or service you select. We’ll confirm your treatment choices and any additional charges with you.
What if I’m sensitive to heat, scents or body products?
Tell us before booking so we can discuss available alternatives and whether your preferred treatment can be adapted. You can also request changes during your session.
