How do I choose between stones, cupping and IASTM?
Heated stones add warmth to hands-on massage. Cupping uses suction, while IASTM uses smooth tools for focused soft-tissue work. Text us with your preferences and areas of tension, and we can help you select a session.
Does heated stone massage have to be deep?
No. Pressure is customized. Tell your therapist whether you prefer gentle, moderate or deeper work, and speak up about the temperature throughout your session.
Can cupping leave marks?
Yes. Cupping can leave temporary marks on the skin. Discuss this and any skin concerns before treatment, especially if you have an upcoming event. Read NCCIH information about cupping.
What should I expect from therapeutic bodywork?
A personalized session centered on your preferences, comfort and areas of muscular tension. Experiences vary. We do not promise cures or specific medical outcomes; massage is not a substitute for medical evaluation.
Can two people book the facial and massage combination?
Yes. The total is $450 for 80 minutes or $550 for 100 minutes. Two therapists provide treatments at the same time in separate rooms. Please request both appointments together so we can check availability.
